  1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these termsand conditions of entry. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptanceof these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. To enter the competition you must be: (a) Maltese resident; and (b) 16years old or over at the time of entry.
  3. The Competition is not open to employees of UDSL (or members of theirimmediate families)
  4. Only one entry is allowed per person.
  5. By submitting their photos by email, users certify that they have theabsolute right on the submitted photos as well as the full consent of thepeople represented in the photos. We trust our users to submit unaltered files.
  6. They are aware that by doing so, they also allow Debenhams Malta toupload the selected photos on the wall of Debenhams Malta Facebook fan page andwebsite and also to be used in any media and marketing campaign.
  7. The entries posted on the wall of Debenhams Malta Facebook Fan Page donot necessarily reflect the views of the company. Prizes are not exchangeable.
  8. DEBENHAMS reserves the right to reject a submission without the need ofproviding any explanation.

  22. Should Debenhams call the winner and not manage to receive the contestant after several attempts the prize will be forfeit.
  23. The winner will have to come to the store to pick up their prize on the date and time stipulated by the Debenhams Malta Team. Should the winner not pick up the prize on the agreed date and time the prize will be lost.

The Debenhams Christmas Raffle Terms and Conditions:

1.     With every €50 spent the customer will get a ticket.

2.     The customer must fill in the ticket and slide it intothe black raffle boxes situated on the shop floors.

3.     The winners will be announced during the month ofJanuary 2013.

4.     Winner/s must be a) A Maltese Resident b) Over 16 years old.

Cruise for 2 Terms and Conditions:

1.     The winners will be entitled to a free cruise for 2persons

2.     At least one of the guest must be 21 years of age

3.     The free cruise is non-transferable

4.     Executive will advise the details of the sailing andshould the winners cannot travel on such cruise the voucher will be lost

5.     The cruise shall be offered to the guests only fewweeks prior departure

6.     The voucher would be for cruise only for 2 persons, i.e.stateroom, full board basis, entertainment, sport activities and some freedrinks offered on board.
